3. Book Sales & Shipping
If purchasing a physical book:
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
4. Refunds & Returns (Australian Consumer Law)
We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For change-of-mind purchases, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed at our discretion.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
5. Sessions & Appointments
For one-to-one or group sessions:
Payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.
